Warranty
Napoleon provides a warranty for all OASIS and Built-in Components, including Drop-in Side Burners, against defects in material and craftsmanship for the following durations: aluminum castings, stainless steel base, and stainless steel tube burners for ten (10) years; ceramic infrared burners (excluding screen), stainless steel lid, door and drawer panels, and porcelain enamel cast iron grids for five (5) years with full coverage and half off until the tenth (10th) year; stainless steel or porcelain sear plates for three (3) years with full coverage and half off until the tenth (10th) year; and all other parts for two (2) years. Labor charges are not covered.
