Microplane Spice Mill

One of our favorite tools! It’s a grater and a grinder in one. Put whole spices in the body of the mill and use the top plunger to push down on the spices to grate fresh flavor onto your favorite dish. Featuring the beautifully sharp surgical-steel blades that the company is known for, we love this mill for grinding larger sized spices like fresh nutmeg, cinnamon, whole cardamom, coriander, or your own unique spice mix. Not recommended for peppercorns, if only because we believe a pepper mill is better suited and you can adjust the grind to your liking. Hand-wash with mild detergent, no need to soak.
