Delta Heat guarantees that all fabricated stainless steel components will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal residential use for a duration of two (2) years from the date of purchase. However, this warranty does not cover discoloration, surface scratches, weather-related staining, or minor surface rust and oxidation, as these are expected conditions for outdoor products. In multi-user environments, such as bed and breakfasts or private clubs, Delta Heat provides a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the original purchase date. This warranty does not apply to commercial settings like restaurants. For full warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer’s manual.
