CCK BBQ Chopper with a polished finish carbon steel blade
This LARGE and HEAVY cleaver is widely used in Chinese BBQ shops; It is very sharp on the edge while still being hefty and thick enough to go through bones
Barrel shaped grooved wood handle with metal ferrule and stick tang that’s folded over at the handle end
Blade measures 9.4 x 4.3″ and a weighs 1.75 lbs.
