The practical screw pressing mechanism, preparation is quick and easy. Once the desired compactness has been achieved, the mechanism can be removed and the cylinder, containing the food, placed directly into the refrigerator. 

Method:

1.)Remove the eyes and internal contents . Carefully wash the octopus under cold running water to remove residual sand.
2.)the carrot, celery, onion, peppercorns, salt and bay leaves in a saucepan with plenty of water. Put on the heat and bring to a boil for 45 -60 mins 
3) place the “bottom sheet” at the cylinder base with pin. Put the octopus in the mold and cover with cover sheet and screw down slowly. 

4) After to put it in the fridge over night , slide and serve.
