This 210mm gyuto-style chef knife is made Sheffcut carbon steel heat treated to 64HRC. The blade is honyaki-style with a polished hamon and a flat/convex grind.
The blade is fitted to an octagonal wa-style handle made of Elforyn, copper, black siamese rosewood
