Fjord by Andersson + Copra

Swedish artists Joel Andersson and Adisa Copra’s contribution to The Art of Cutlery, a chef knife named “Fjord,” on show during summer 2024 in Tribeca, NYC, takes their unmistakable Living Steel Classic Chef design to the next level. In place of the usual high carbon monosteel for its blade, this one-of-a-kind build features house-made carbon damascus steel in 01 and 15n20 alloys and the same refined, dynamic geometry expected of these artisans. The full-tang handle is crafted with polished brass and ancient bog oak. Razor sharp and ready to cook with, this knife is designed for daily use.
