The stainless steel probe measures internal food temperature during cooking and features a 3-feet length 700 degree Fahrenheit heat resistant cord. Easy-set rotary dial lets you select one of the USDA recommended temperature presets or set your own custom temperature. Measures temperature from 14°F to 450°F (-10°C to 232°C)
