Handmade by Daniel Hilgenberg of Silverthorn Knife & Tool with G10 handle and nashiji kurouchi stainless and nickel clad O1 carbon steel mai blade.
The Silverthorn petty has a deep belly with good amount of flat spot in the heel and a little bit of flat spot in the tip behind the kiritsuke style tip.
PLEASE NOTE: Three layer san mai will bend easier than single steel (AKA monosteel) and being harder they hold their edge better but can chip easier.
