New old stock drop forged stainless steel Ideal pattern 4″ boning knives with POM composite handles and aluminum rivets. Very similar to modern production style which would date a smaller knife like this to be from the 70s onward, from the knives it was found with it is likely from the 1970s to 90s.
blade is 4″ from tip to end of bolster
overall length is 8″
