On the inside, the pots and pans in the series all have a four-layer PFOA and PFOS-free PTFE non-stick Slip-Letƒ‚‚® coating, reducing the need for fat when cooking. The coating also ensures that the cookware is easy to clean. The Nordic kitchen stainless steel sautƒ†™‚© pan with lid is extremely hard-wearing, yet of a simple and elegant design with an extra-large cooking surface. The sautƒ†™‚© panƒ‚‚s steep, high side makes it ideal for sautƒ†™‚©ing and simmering. The wooden handle ensures a firm grip at all times. It is easy to clean with hot water and soap.
